Villa Mountain View Sanggingan, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

Villa Mountain View Sanggingan is conveniently located in the Ubud area. The scenic and quiet location has beautiful rice field, garden and mountain views. The garden sweeps down to a small stream and has a dozen fully grown coconut trees. Beautiful nature walks can be started right from the villa. Yet, the center of Ubud, the Ubud palace, is only a mile away. Many good restaurants as well as grocery shopping, galleries, internet cafes, are within walking distance.
The villa features: ~2000sqft (190sqm) of living space. Two ground level bedrooms with air- conditioning (queen/ king). Two bathrooms, one with tub. One loft with an extra queen sized bed, coffee table, chairs.  The Villa also features a large family room with a large antique daybed (queen) and dining table for six, a living room with coffee table, sofa, lounge chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with four range gas oven. A  9’x22’ (270x670) cm sized swimming pool with stunning nature views is  perched right outside the living/bedroom room area straight above the rice fields. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the rest of the home is built in open roof construction with ceilings up to 32 feet high which keeps all rooms nicely ventilated and cool. All rooms are fully furnished. The house sleeps 4 adults very comfortably but would provide sleeping room for a family of up to 6-8. There is also two cribs available for babies.

TV/DVD/VCD/CD in both bedrooms, satellite TV with almost a hundred channels in the master bed room. Extensive DVD, VCD, CD collection of movies and music. Two phone lines, can be used with security deposit, Internet access is possible through dial up, fax machine, electronic keypad safety box, outlets for 220 as well as 110 volts.

A maid takes care of cleaning the house, making beds, doing laundry, and other housework. There is a laundry room with washing machine and staff bathroom joined to but out of sight behind the house. The maid is also preparing breakfast if you supply the groceries. As you might arrive late we include  the first breakfast the morning after your arrival. Bathroom towels, bed sheets, etc. are frequently changed by the maid. Our gardener maintains the pool, takes care of the garden, creates flower arrangements in living, dining and master bedroom and helps with all needs around the house. Both work six days a week 8:00-12:00 in the morning.

The villa will be ready for your arrival. You will find flower arrangements and a ‘welcome’ fruit basket in the kitchen area and the fridge will be initially filled for free with basics --tea, coffee, soft drinks, sugar, etc.
House management checks you in and out and is on call for your special needs/emergencies e.g. pick up or drop off from the 1:20hrs. far away airport for US$30.-/car/one way. Tours of Bali can also be arranged for US$ 60.-/day per car.
